With over 25 years of experience, Nicky is a seasoned legal expert who brings a wealth of knowledge and a pragmatic approach to every client engagement. Nicky's journey has been one of diverse experiences. She honed her skills at ENS Africa, a leading law firm, where she rose to the position of director in the employment law department.
She further broadened her expertise as Group Legal Executive for the Lightstone group of companies, providing strategic in-house counsel, and went on to establish her own independent legal consultancy. In 2023, Nicky joined Nortons Inc as a consultant, bringing her extensive knowledge and independent perspective to further enhance the firm's capabilities.

Employment Law: Nicky provides comprehensive counsel on all aspects of employment law and industrial relations, including drafting contracts, advising on disputes, and representing clients in litigation. She has particular expertise in restraint of trade agreements, section 197 transfers, and the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
Commercial Law: Nicky skillfully manages legal and contractual risks for businesses by drafting, reviewing, and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements, including service level agreements, confidentiality agreements, sale of business agreements, and shareholder agreements.
