EMPLOYMENT LAW

We advise clients in relation to high-level employment law matters including representing companies and senior employees in relation to grievances and disciplinary matters. Several of these matters emanated from Nortons white-collar crime and corruption-related matters in which we advised various clients, where it transpired that employees of the client were engaged in misconduct.

 

We have also assisted numerous clients in matters pertaining to the enforcement of restraint of trade agreements between employers and employees. In addition, our expertise includes reviewing and drafting of employment contracts, policies and procedures.
