NORTONS SUCCESSFULLY REPRESENTS FREEDOM UNDER LAW IN APPLICATIONS FILED IN THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT BY JOHN HLOPHE AND THE MK PARTY

The Constitutional Court has dismissed the applications by John Hlophe and the MK Party for leave to appeal against the judgment of the Western Cape High Court interdicting Hlophe from sitting as a member of the JSC pending the review of his designation to the JSC. The High Court had previously refused leave to appeal. Nortons represented Freedom Under Law in these matters.
