NORTONS SUCCESSFUL FOR TSOGO SUN GROUP IN OPPOSING PROPOSED MERGER

The South African Competition Commission has recommended that the proposed acquisition by Sun International of the Peermont Global Group, whose flagship property is the Emperors Palace Hotel Casino Convention and Entertainment Resort, be prohibited.

Anthony Norton, Anton Roets, Avias Ngwenya and Nina Christina Greyling from Nortons acted for the Tsogo Sun Group in opposing the proposed merger.
