TRIBUNAL ORDER AGAINST PPC SET ASIDE

Nortons successfully acted for PPC in bringing proceedings before the Competition Appeal Court (CAC) in relation to an interim relief order that had previously been granted against PPC in favour of EST Building & Hardware. The CAC set aside the Tribunal’s Order.
