NORTONS SUCCESSFUL FOR MPACT OPERATIONS AND SEYFERT IN COMPETITION TRIBUNAL APPROVAL

Nortons Inc successfully acted for both parties in Mpact's acquisition of Seyfert which has been unconditionally approved by the Competition Tribunal of South Africa.
